Before Connecting to QuickBooks Online:
We highly recommend that you check the following:
- You are using QuickBooks Online, not QuickBooks Desktop Edition
- You are logged out of all other QuickBooks sessions that may belong to a different company
- You are logged into QuickBooks with the owner account and not an employee or bookkeeper account
- You understand the information NASMM360 will update in QuickBooks Online, and what QuickBooks Online will update in NASMM360
Required Permissions:
- Owner Role in NASMM360 for your location
- Owner Account of QuickBooks Online
To Connect to QuickBooks Online:
- Click on the Hamburger Menu
- Click on "Owner Settings" -> "Integrations" -> "QuickBooks"
- On "QuickBooks Settings" page click the "Connect" button
- If you are not already logged in to QuickBooks Online, you will need to login with the owner account
- Grant Permission to NASMM360 to connect to your QuickBooks Online account.
After You Connect:
- Map your services in MM360 to their matching service in QuickBooks Online
- Map your Quickbooks Employees to the staff in NASMM360 (only if you need to send their time records to QuickBooks Online)
- Set your staff permissions for Invoices
- Set your sync preference for Contacts in QuickBooks and NASMM360
