In this article we will give a general overview of all the owner settings on the site. these include; Brand Settings, Company Details, Contract Settings, Discounts, Disk Usage, Goals, Integrations, Project Statuses, Review Settings, Services, Staff, Subscription & Add-ons and Taxes.

Brand Settings:

Here is where you can do things such as; upload your dark and light logos, upload your browser icons, create your public site brand colors and change your portal colors.

To upload your logo, either drag and drop your logo's file into the proper location or you can click inside the box to navigate to the folder on your computer where the logo is located. You can also remove either logo by clicking on "Remove Dark/Light Logo".

To upload your browser icons, either drag and drop your icon's file into the proper location or you can click inside the box to navigate to the folder on your computer where the icon is located. You can also remove either logo by clicking on "Remove Icon".

NOTE: Your icon file MUST be equal width and height, ex: 128px x 128px.

To create your public site brand colors, click the plus sign on the right side of the screen. Then, name your color and select the color by dragging the different selectors around until the desired color is located. Then, click "Create".

You can then edit or delete public site brand colors or even create more!

To edit your portal colors, click on the edit icon of the particular color you wish to edit. Then, just as above, you can rename your color, select the color by dragging the different selectors around until the desired color is located and then, click "Update".

NOTE: Text color must be readable on the background color. 

Company Details:

Here is where you can edit items such as; Company Name, Company Management Domain (website), Company Street Address, Company Unit #, Company City, Company State, Company ZIP, Company Phone, Company Fax and Company Public Email.

NOTE: This is the information used for the dynamic content for contracts, reviews, and automated emails.

Contract Settings:

Here is where you can create and edit contracts that appear in estimates. To add a contract, click "Add Contract" on the right side of the screen. To edit/delete, click the corresponding icon on the right side of the screen.

When creating a contract, name the contract then copy/paste or type the contract language and signature disclosure verbiage. Then click "Update".

When creating/editing a contract, you are able to imbed commands that will auto-populate data from the particular project you are working on.

You can do this by typing an "@" and then choosing the data point you would like to populate from the selection list.

NOTE: Sometimes the "@" will remain after you select the data point you wish to populate. You will need to delete the "@" or the auto-populate WILL NOT work.

Discounts:

Here is where you will add/edit the various types of discounts that are available to add to estimates. To create a discount, click on "Add New Discount" at the top right of the screen.

A new window will populate.

Here you can toggle whether or not the discount is active or not, name the discount, enter a description, enter a legal description, choose a legal icon, choose the discount type and enter the discount value.

You can also toggle whether or not the discount applies to the origination, destination or both.

Additionally, you can toggle whether or not the discount excludes additional items or is exclusive or not.

 NOTE: Each individual legal icon can only be used ONCE per install.

Disk Usage:

Here is where you can see which projects, companies and people are using disk space on your site. You can see total disk usage on the top right and the disk usage spread over different projects, companies and people by clicking on their respective headers.
