How do I update my user information?
If you would like to change your current password or other user information, begin by clicking your user's name.
After clicking your user's name, a drop down will appear with 6 options; Edit Profile, Switch Location, My Reviews, My Time Logs, My Time Card and Log-out. Here is where you will click "Edit Profile". A modal will populate. Here you can edit/update your first/last name, email address, phone number, badge color and timezone. You can also change your password. Edit/update any needed information and then click "Save" to lock in your updates.
Additionally, you can edit you chat notification settings.
Click "Enable Push Notification on This Device". This will open up your chat tab in a separate tab.
NOTE: You will need to enable/disable notifications on each device, on that device (laptop/desktop, tablet, phone, etc.).
Hovering over the bell in the bottom-right corner will tell you whether or not you are subscribed to notification on that particular device.
To subscribe/unsubscribe, simply click the bell and toggle your preference on that particular device.
If you are a member of multiple locations, you can toggle to another location by clicking "Switch Locations". Then click the dropdown and select the location that you would like to toggle to.
