To schedule availability select "Time and Schedules" and
click on "My Availability".

The goal is to set your normal weekly availability. In this example you can see this person selected Sunday as unavailable, Monday from 12pm until 5pm and 6pm until
7pm and then Tuesday through Friday from
9am until 5pm.

In order to change your availability, click on the "edit" icon.

If you want to work on Sunday
and it’s currently unavailable, you can click "Add Interval" and add the time/interval that you
are available.

For Monday if you want to
delete an interval, click on the "trashcan" icon.

Tuesday, if you already have 9
to 5 that you are available and you want
to add that you are also available a
different time, you can go in and add that
as well. You can add multiple intervals on
each day. Once you are done, review that the information is correct. Your availability auto saves.

If you want to request a
change, click on "Request Change". Then, click the
date and then for that specific date you
can put a change in.

For this example, we have selected Thursday, January 30th.

You can add time on or add time
off. In this example, the person's standard hours on this day are 9am to 5pm. The person is going to add that they are not
available from 10:15am to 12:30pm as they have an
appointment. Click "Add Time Off" then select the start and end times.

It now says they not available
for that interval (10:15am-12:30pm). You can also add times available
that are outside of your normal working
schedule as well. Click "Apply" and then
the request will go to your supervisor
for review.

It will show as pending until
it is accepted by your
supervisor.

After you put in your normal
working hours your supervisor will assign shifts to
you. When shifts are assigned to you, you
will receive an email and you will accept or decline the shift.

Once you click click "Accept",
you will be taken to your login and it will say what you’ve accepted the shift.

You should never decline an invite for
any shift that you have had listed as
open.
