To calculate the hourly rate open "Owner Settings"and select "Services."
The first step is to create parent level categories that all your other services are going to live underneath.
Click on "ADD."
Under the "service type" click on the drop down menu and select "New Parent Service."
Then, type in the service name. Lastly, click on "Create."
The "order" controls the order that the service will display on your estiamte.
Toggle on "Active and Available" so that it will show on your estimate.
Toggle on "Display on Public Site" of you are using the public facing site feature and wish this service to be listed.
Then, type in the"Hourly Rate."
Add a photo.
Add a "short description."
Click on "Save Detailed Description" and then click on "close."
Under "Estimate Services" you will now see the service that you added.
Next, add a child service under the parent service.
Click on "ADD."
Under the "service type" click on the drop down menu and select "New Child Service" and "Select a Parent".
Type in the "service name"
Click "Create"
Next, toggle on "TRACK VIA HOURS" and toggle off "HOURS VIA SQ FOOTAGE"
Next, add the cost per a minimum quantity (COST EACH) and the "BILLABLE HOURLY RATE."
Toggle on "FIXED PRICE SERVICE"
Notice the minimum cost is listed. "GET HOURS VIA SQ FOOTAGE" should be toggled off.
Add the "SHORT DESCRIPTION"
Click on "SAVE DETAILED DESCRIPTION"
CLICK ON "CLOSE"
Now you see the hourly rate based service, the service name, the fixed cost of it, and the short description.
